INTRODUCTION

Fractionized, Refined, bleached, deodorized palm oil (FRBD-PO)
Undergo milling and refining processes. Then the oil is filtered and bleached. Next, physical refining removes smells and coloration, to produce refined bleached deodorized palm oil, or RBDPO, and free sheer fatty acids, which are used as an important raw material in the manufacture hygiene and personal care products. RBDPO is the basic oil product sold on the world's commodity markets, Fractionized RBD-PO is suitable for cooking oil. After researches, now globally accepted it’s health and hygienic properties. Increase use in the commercial food industry is buoyed by its lower cost and the high oxidative stability (saturation) of the refined product when used for frying.
Market
According to Hamburg-based Oil World trade journal, in 2008, global production of oils and fats stood at 160 million tonnes. Palm oil and palm kernel oil were jointly the largest contributor, accounting for 48 million tonnes or 30% of the total output. palm oil and palm kernel oil make up close to 60%; Malaysia with 45% of the market share, dominates the palm oil trade.

Manufacturing Facility
Located at Jln Goh Hock Huat, Klang, the factory operates as the packaging factory for the packing of the RBD Palm Olien. The type of packaging includes 18 litre Jerry Cans and Flexi Bag in a Container with a capacity of 30 Metric Tonnes per 40 footer container. The factory is able to process 5000 metric tonne per month with the capacity to expand the operations as and when needed.
